We ship across Canada free of charge

We ship worldwide for a fee which can be quoted by contacting us at info@whiteorchidhomes.ca

Allow 1-2 weeks for any items shipped.

Pick up: Allow 3-4 weeks for items being picked up from our pick up address provided to you at Check Out

All lead times shown through the website are estimates through third party shipping company. The Orchid Shoppe at White Orchid Homes Ltd. is not responsible for any delays. 

For customers who live outside of Canada, White Orchid Homes is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. All cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
​Returns are possible within the 7 day alloted time period. Returns are permitted in the case of damaged, or defective merchandise. These items will be replaced with the identical item as soon as we get a replacement, any other returns will be handled on a case by case basis.

Products made from wood, marble, concrete and all other natural materials may have inconsistencies in grain or pattern and is the nature of these materials.  This enhances their beauty making each one unique and therefore not the basis of a legitimate return.
