We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or store credit. Please contact email@example.com for any questions regarding an exchange or recent order.
Returns due to damage will be done on a case by case basis.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
